# Across the Aisle

> A nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2016 that equips young Americans (ages 14–35) with knowledge, skills, and resources to tackle the country's biggest policy challenges.

Across the Aisle is the parent organization for two affiliated programs: Free the Facts (civic education) and Answer the Call (leadership programs). Working with experts from both sides of the aisle, the organization empowers voters with reliable facts and prepares the next generation of leaders for decision-making roles on Capitol Hill, in the executive branch, and in policy.
